Will it slow down my website?
Crusco Author Bio Box does not install any additional components: the new features for authors are integrated into Joomla's user management. This avoids overloading the system.

What are Pro Features?
These are plugin features exclusive to users who have subscribed to one of the yearly support and update subscription plans: Personal, Professional or Agency. You can find the features and costs of each plan at the top of this same page.

Is a free trial given?
You can try the free version of the extension, see how it works, and then choose one of the professional subscription plans that best suits your needs.
Can you send me the purchase invoice?
The invoice is automatically generated once the purchase is completed. You can download it from the “Orders” page found in your personal area on our website.
Do the prices refer to an yearly or monthly subscription?
All prices listed on this page are for one-year subscriptions.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
We are against the policy of recurring renewals and automatic charges. We always want our customers to decide whether and when to renew their subscriptions. You will receive a notification before your subscription expires.
How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription, go to the page "Subscriptions" in your personal area on our website, and press the renew button.
Do you offer a discount on renewals?
Of course! We are happy when the customer is satisfied with our services. We apply a 20% discount on any subscription renewed before the expiration date during the payment process. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts cannot be combined with the discount on renewals.
What happens if my subscription expires?
When the subscription expires, Crusco Author Bio Box will continue to function with all the features of the installed version. However, since you have not renewed your subscription, updates, support, and downloads of the next versions of the plugin will no longer be available. Renewing your subscription allows you to have access to the latest features, bug fixes, and support in case of problems!
Can I upgrade to a higher subscription plan at a later date?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by accessing the “Subscriptions” page of your personal area. The amount corresponding to the unused time of the old plan will be discounted from the price of the upgrade to the new plan.
