We are against the policy of recurring renewals and automatic charges. We always want our customers to decide whether and when to renew their subscriptions. You will receive a notification before your subscription expires.
To renew your subscription, go to the page "Subscriptions" in your personal area on our website, and press the renew button.
Of course! We are happy when the customer is satisfied with our services. We apply a 40% discount on any subscription renewed before the expiration date during the payment process. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts cannot be combined with the discount on renewals.
When the subscription expires, Crusco Canonical URL will continue to function with all the features of the installed version. However, since you have not renewed your subscription, updates, support, and downloads of the next versions of the plugin will no longer be available. Renewing your subscription allows you to have access to the latest features, bug fixes, and support in case of problems!
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by accessing the “Subscriptions” page of your personal area. The amount corresponding to the unused time of the old plan will be discounted from the price of the upgrade to the new plan.
