The invoice is generated automatically once the purchase is complete. You can download it in PDF format from the “Orders” page in your personal account on our website. For customers with a tax address in one of the countries where electronic invoicing is mandatory, the invoice will also be sent to the SDI.

We oppose the practice of automatic renewals and recurring charges. We want our customers to always be the ones to decide if and when to renew their subscriptions.
To renew your subscription, visit the “Subscriptions” page in your account on our website and click the “Renew” button.
Of course! We're happy when our customers are satisfied with our services. We apply a 20% discount at checkout for every subscription renewed before its expiration date. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts cannot be combined with the renewal discount.
When your subscription expires, Crusco Agentic Content will continue to work with all the features of the installed version. However, since you have not renewed your subscription, updates, support, and downloads of future versions of the extension will no longer be available. Renewing your subscription gives you access to the latest features, bug fixes, and support in case of problems!
Yes! You can upgrade at any time from the “Subscriptions” page in your account. The amount corresponding to the unused portion of your old plan will be deducted from the cost of upgrading to the new plan.
