What's new

The HTML Crusco team is always looking for new ideas and ways to improve Crusco Agentic Content. Here are some of the new features and improvements we have made to the extension, thanks in part to feedback from our customers.

v4.6.0

Added

  • Two alternative methods for extracting content to be converted to Markdown have been added. You can now choose between:

    1. Main content area (Component)
    2. Custom CSS selector
    3. Full HTML page.

     

Changed

  • The default value for the “Strip nodes before delivery” option has been updated.

Fixed

  • A bug has been fixed which, in certain situations, prevented the type attribute in the YAML Front Matter from being correctly set to the fallback value WebPage.

  • The function for retrieving and cleaning the H1 tag for use in YAML Front Matter has been improved.

  • Starting with this release, libraries are prefixed. This prevents potential version conflicts when multiple extensions use the same library.

  • Support has been added for the .well-known/tdmrep.json endpoint: this extends TDM protection to all site assets (images, PDFs, fonts, videos). Enabling this option means that your “Content Usage” preferences will apply not only to HTML and Markdown pages, but also to all static assets.

Changed

  • The estimate of x-markdown-tokens has been improved: the calculation parameters have been adjusted to reflect the latest statistical evidence.

  • The Content Signals & TDMRep directives are now also included in the <head> tag, as well as in the HTTP headers.

  • Update the HTTP headers to comply with the latest rules for the Agentic Web (+ access-control-allow-origin: *, - content-security-policy, x-frame-options, permissions-policy, set-cookie).
